Old World's End
Forest of Angels
Covering nearly 3,500 square miles in the heart of the Angel Isle, the Forest of Angels is a large forested region home to a huge variety of magical creatures. Fey Creatures (especially Quicklings, Gremlins, and Grigs) are quite numerous, as are the creatures that prey upon the Fey’s playfulness (e.g. Forest Drakes, Owlbears, and the like). Finally, the forest is rumored to be a home for a variety of different species of Dragon.
But the most important feature of these forests are the Trees themselves. Dozens of varieties of “sentient” or at least “tricky” trees dot the landscape, intermingled with older conifers and a few deciduous trees. The goals, origin, and even most of the characteristics of these trees remain shrouded in mystery, but even the most dim-witted traveler knows to never cut down a tree to build a fire, or he learns so too late.
